Job description

Limitless Advisor is a high-performance coaching company that helps financial advisors and leaders build wildly successful businesses and lives they love.

Our programs combine business strategy, mindset mastery, systems optimization, coaching, events, and content to deliver meaningful, measurable results for the advisors we serve.

We’re a people-first, performance-minded culture that values excellence, accountability, continuous growth, authentic connection, and taking ownership. We’re a small, collaborative team, which means every person plays an important role in the experience we create for our members and for one another.

The Opportunity

Our job is to deliver an extraordinary coaching experience that helps our members create meaningful results. Your job is to make sure that experience feels seamless for our members and runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is approximately 50% member services and 50% program support. You’ll help members get connected, find what they need, and fully engage with Limitless while providing the coordination and execution support that keeps our programs, events, and initiatives moving forward.

The right person genuinely enjoys both people and details. You’re highly organized, service-driven, proactive, and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving virtual environment.

What Success Looks Like
  • Success means members feel well-supported and programs run smoothly, consistently, and without things falling through the cracks.
  • Members receive timely, thoughtful support and know where to go for help.
  • New members are seamlessly onboarded and connected to the Limitless experience.
  • Member engagement is monitored and follow-up happens when needed.
  • Programs, events, and faculty are well coordinated and prepared.
  • Member and program information stays accurate and organized.
  • The team can rely on you to anticipate needs, own the details, and keep things moving.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Own member support and follow-through, serving as a trusted point of contact and ensuring questions, concerns, and requests are resolved quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Support new member onboarding and ongoing engagement, helping members connect with programs, resources, coaches, systems, and community while identifying when additional outreach is needed.
  • Coordinate execution of coaching programs, maintaining timelines, materials, deliverables, systems, and follow-up, so programs run smoothly.
  • Support events, coaches, faculty, and guest speakers, coordinating scheduling, communications, materials, logistics, deadlines, and post-event follow-up.
  • Keep member and program operations organized, maintaining accurate information across CRM, project management systems, calendars, communities, files, and other resources while identifying opportunities to improve the member experience and how we work.
Who You Are

You genuinely enjoy both people and details. You’re service-minded, highly organized, and take pride in making sure people feel supported and things get done well.

You’re proactive, dependable, and resourceful. You think ahead, take ownership, follow through without being chased, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

We care as much about how you operate as the titles you’ve held. Our next awesome team member will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in member/client service, program coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong technology skills and comfort learning new tools, including project management, CRM, and AI platforms.
  • Exceptional service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with strong follow-through and the ability to work independently.
Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the intersection of member experience and program execution. You’ll help ensure our members feel supported, our programs run smoothly, and our team has the capacity to deliver at a high level.

  • Profit Sharing Bonus: Up to 10% of salary
