Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, maturity assessment and improvement of all processes throughout the production lifecycle to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment.
Leads program team members to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view.
Identifies Quality Assurance activities to mitigate risk.
Collaborate with the program team to develop schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets for quality activities.
Validates effective internal controls system is in place to verify that processes continue to meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
Performs audits on program delivery and ensures the use of Quality data analytics to identify risks and nonconformances and ensures that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.
