Netflix, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Workplace Expansion in New York or Los Angeles. This role supports the design and construction of workplace projects across UCAN and LATAM. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of experience in project delivery, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Compensation ranges from $155,000.00 to $240,000.00 annually along with robust benefits including health plans, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off of 35 days annually.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in design/construction project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects across different geographies.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Program Lead to deliver workplace projects.
• Interface with local and global workplace teams and vendors.
• Maintain project action trackers and cost dashboards.
