Prescient Edge, Panama City, seeks a senior program manager with deep expertise in undersea and surface mine countermeasure systems to lead diverse teams and deliver Navy-related efforts. The role requires extensive knowledge of SMCM systems, Navy contracts, and ISEA requirements, with a SECRET clearance.

You will guide delivery orders and collaborate across defense program offices. The position is based at Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, with a focus on managing complex engineering

Competenze

• Nine years of progressively responsible professional experience managing diverse teams.
• Thorough understanding of SMCM systems and Navy equivalents.
• Knowledge of delivery order type engineering support and maintenance contracts.
• Experience with Navy acquisition processes and ISEA requirements.
• Five years of experience with UMS or related LCS programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Security clearance SECRET.

• Nine (9) years of progressively responsible professional experience and demonstrated experience in managing and directing the efforts of diverse task teams in a dynamic environment.
• A thorough understanding of the goals, aims, and technical complexities of undersea and surface mine countermeasure SMCM systems (or U.S. Navy equivalent systems) being developed, modified, or supported by the U.S. Navy.
• Knowledge of the complexities and requirements associated with management of delivery order type engineering support and or maintenance services contracts.
• Working knowledge of Navy acquisition processes, major systems testing and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) requirements.
• Five (5) years of experience with UMS or related LCS programs. Desired education:
