Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the White House Situation Support Staff (WHSSS) contract, directing contractor personnel and ensuring deliverables meet PWS standards. The role serves as the primary interface with the Government and requires top-level security clearance and on-site presence.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of ten years in program management and contract support, with strong leadership and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• At least ten years of experience performing program-management and contract-support duties.
• Ability to work on-site during core operations, Monday through Friday 0600–1800, with 2 hours on-call 24/7 when required.
• Ability to support a typical 40-hour workweek and be available for mission-essential and surge requirements.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance and favorable security onboarding approval.

Responsibilities

• Serve as WHSSS lead contact between Government and Nemean for daily contract operations.
• Manage contract performance, cost, and schedule; plan and direct contractor support activities.
• Supervise contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
• Exercise full authority on contract matters relating to daily operations.
• Prepare and brief on productivity, quality assurance, and risks.
