Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a North America and LATAM Program Manager to own purchase orders, provide supporting documentation to finance, and enable cross-functional visibility with vendors.

You will independently manage PO creation and reporting, collaborate with finance, and partner with the Sr. Program Manager to drive program success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing cross-functional teams and vendor programs.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a subset of NA and LATAM retailer programs.
• Create direct and indirect purchase orders for NA and LATAM.
• Maintain PO records and financial reporting with Sr. PM.
• Prepare monthly accruals for Fixed Assets and tracking reports.
• Coordinate invoice/audit requirements with AP and FA teams.
• Maintain ongoing reporting with the Program Manager.

Position Summary In this role you will manage North America and LATAM VM programs with the Sr. Program Manager. You will be the sole owner of opening and managing purchase orders and providing supporting documentation to the finance team. This position is a vital part of cross functional visibility and external vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a subset of retailer programs within North America and LATAM.
• Lead the creation of direct and indirect purchase orders for North America and LATAM.
• Maintain active purchase order and ongoing financial reporting with the Sr. Program Manager.
• Prepare monthly accrual list for Fixed Assets and manage tracking reports.
• Independently handle invoice and audit requirements with Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
• Maintain active purchase order and ongoing miscellaneous reporting with the Program Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years of managing cross-functional teams within a work environment, vendor management a plus
• Excellent Microsoft office suite knowledge, with specific focus on excel and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Ability to work in a tight, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Can do positive attitude
• Passionate about developing and maintaining relationships
• SAP Knowledge nice to have

The base salary range for this roleislisted above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
