Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a role to manage North America and LATAM vendor programs, owning purchase orders, and providing documentation to the finance team. This pivotal role supports cross-functional visibility and vendor management across a dynamic beauty portfolio.

The position requires 3+ years in cross-functional team leadership, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while developing relationships with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Excellent Microsoft Office suite knowledge, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a subset of retailer programs within North America and LATAM.
• Lead the creation of direct and indirect purchase orders for North America and LATAM.
• Maintain active purchase orders and ongoing financial reporting with the Sr. Program Manager.
• Prepare monthly accrual lists for Fixed Assets and manage tracking reports.
• Independently handle invoice and audit requirements with Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
• Maintain active purchase orders and ongoing miscellaneous reporting with the Program Manager.

Position Summary

In this role you will manage North America and LATAM VM programs with the Sr. Program Manager. You will be the sole owner of opening and managing purchase orders and providing supporting documentation to the finance team. This position is a vital part of cross functional visibility and external vendor management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of managing cross-functional teams within a work environment, vendor management a plus
• Excellent Microsoft office suite knowledge, with specific focus on excel and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Ability to work in a tight, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Can do positive attitude
• Passionate about developing and maintaining relationships
• SAP Knowledge nice to have

$80,000 - $110,000 a year

The base salary range for this roleislisted above.

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.

Compensation components are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
