What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and strategic business goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field, including seven (7) years of program management experience; OR a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field, including seven (7) years of program management experience
  • Knowledge of change management, negotiation, and applied data analysis
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage diverse relationships
  • Proficiency in project management tools and risk assessment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in managing vendor performance and contract negotiations
  • Background in healthcare program management or related fields
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and service focus strategies
  • Ability to influence and mentor team members effectively
  • Skills in conflict resolution and business relationship management
