What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field, including at least seven (7) years of program management experience
  • Alternatively, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field, including at least seven (7) years of program management experience
  • Strong knowledge of change management, negotiation, and project management tools
  • Proven ability in financial acumen and managing diverse relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in healthcare or related fields
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and quality assurance processes
  • Strong skills in applied data analysis and business relationship management
  • Proven track record of conflict resolution and service focus
