What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and strategic goals from initiation to close-out
- Drive execution by identifying operational needs and translating business strategy into actionable requirements
- Monitor program performance, compliance, and financials to ensure maximum long-term value
- Proactively manage program risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement
- Review vendor performance and facilitate contract negotiations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field, including at least seven (7) years of program management experience
- Alternatively, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field, including at least seven (7) years of program management experience
- Strong knowledge of change management, negotiation, and project management tools
- Proven ability in financial acumen and managing diverse relationships
