What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and strategic business goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field, including seven (7) years in program management
• Alternatively, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field, including seven (7) years in program management
• Strong knowledge of change management, negotiation, and risk assessment
• Proven ability in managing diverse relationships and strategic program management
