What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and strategic business goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of program management experience
  • Strong skills in change management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Proven ability to manage diverse relationships and drive strategic program management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field with at least seven (7) years in program management
  • Knowledge of applied data analysis and financial acumen
  • Familiarity with project management tools and quality assurance processes
