What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and strategic business goals
- Drive execution of projects by developing actionable business requirements and aligning resources
- Analyze, integrate, and manage complex program initiatives, including scope and financials
- Proactively monitor and mitigate program risks and issues
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure program alignment and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of program management experience
- Strong skills in change management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to manage diverse relationships and drive strategic program management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field with at least seven (7) years in program management
- Knowledge of applied data analysis and financial acumen
- Familiarity with project management tools and quality assurance processes
