What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and strategic business goals
- Drive execution by identifying operational needs and translating business strategy into actionable requirements
- Monitor program performance and financials to ensure maximum long-term value to the organization
- Proactively manage risks and issues across interdependent programs, developing mitigation strategies as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field, including at least seven (7) years in program management
- Alternatively, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field, including at least seven (7) years in program management
- Strong knowledge of change management, negotiation, and project management tools

- Familiarity with applied data analysis and financial acumen
