For the first time ever, safety, operations and finance teams can manage their drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet related spend in a single system. Combined with industry leading AI, the Motive platform gives you complete visibility and control, and significantly reduces manual workloads by automating and simplifying tasks.

Motive serves more than 120,000 customers – from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses – across a wide range of industries, including transportation and logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and the public sector.

As Program Manager, Vendor Finance, you'll strategically lead Motive's efforts at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Lending Partners. You will own the Vendor Finance (VF) program, crucial for enabling customer financing and accelerating business cash flow.

You will lead a 15+ member team managing daily VF deal operations. Core to your role is driving initiatives for deal efficiency, new financing solutions, and strong GTM/lender relationships. Your focus is achieving sales objectives and key cash generation targets via strategic oversight and operational excellence.

We seek a versatile, proactive leader who thrives with diverse responsibilities and excels under pressure, always prioritizing Motive's success.

What You'll Do:
  • Program Strategy, Development & Project Leadership: Design and manage the VF program strategy, aligning with GTM to maximize cash generation. Lead strategic projects (e.g., SFDC process improvements, policy refinement) to enhance program efficiency, scalability, and impact.
  • Team Leadership & Operations: Lead a 15+ Pakistan-based team, ensuring SLA adherence, quality sales support, and deal facilitation. Manage resources, prioritize tasks, foster high performance, and serve as an escalation point.
  • Lender Account Partnerships: Manage relationships with our various lending partners, ensuring a balanced approach prioritizes Motive's interests while fostering strong, productive partnerships. Continuously evaluate lender performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact for the Vendor Finance program, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with Sales leadership, Finance teams, Legal, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide accurate VF cash collection forecasts and actuals to Finance/Accounting. Deliver insightful VF program performance commentary and trend analysis to GTM leadership.
What We're Looking For:
  • Program & Team Leadership: Proven program management experience (vendor finance/sales ops preferred) with strong team leadership skills, including remote team management.
  • Financial & GTM Acumen: Deep understanding of financing/GTM principles, deal structuring, cash flow, and sales cycles. Expertise in financial partner management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Strategic Project Execution: Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects (SFDC, process improvement) from concept to impact.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and influencing skills for all stakeholder levels.
  • Strategic & Adaptable Mindset: Strategic thinker with proven ability to execute plans. Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; comfortable "wearing multiple hats."
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA/PMP a plus.
