Job summary

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to oversee the Task Order on-site in the National Capitol Region. You will provide overall leadership, ensure quality and efficiency, manage cost, schedule, and risk across multiple IICs, and coordinate with senior team leads to optimize resources and staffing across the contract.

The role requires a Top Secret/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance, extensive experience in defense or intelligence program management, and proven ability to lead geographically

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of program or project management experience in defense or intelligence.
• Experience managing large, complex intelligence contracts.
• Experience leading and supervising large, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for all contract matters.
• Provide leadership for contractor personnel across all IICs and Integrating Organizations.
• Be responsible for quality and efficiency of the task order, including technical and business processes.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of project operations to meet production schedules and optimize resource use.
• Assign tasks to personnel and provide high-level supervision of technical efforts.
• Coordinate with eight senior-level Team Leads.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk for all tasks.
• Ensure staffing objectives and timely hires; monitor vacancies.
• Manage surge and optional task requirements with Government authorization.
• Track contract cost allocation and invoicing per clauses.
• Ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables per CDRLs.
• Maintain relationships with Contracting Officer, COR, customers, and stakeholders.
