The Oregon Judicial Department seeks a Treatment Court Program Manager to oversee two location programs, performing intake, eligibility, and service coordination in La Grande. Travel to Enterprise for program support and partnership work with stakeholders is required.
You will develop policies, maintain records, attend hearings, coordinate graduations, and drive improvements in participant outcomes through collaboration and data-driven reporting.

This is a full‑time position, and the work schedule currently is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is FLSA‑exempt and ineligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 per workweek. Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work may be required. This position requires in‑state travel between court locations and to training sessions; occasional out‑of‑state travel; overnight travel is required; possible travel during inclement weather. Making presentations in front of groups of various sizes. Some duties are performed in a courtroom environment. Frequent phone and in‑person contact with people from diverse backgrounds. Frequent phone and in‑person contact with people who may be facing challenging life circumstances, highly stressful situations, or trauma, including people who are angry, hostile, confused, or frustrated. Long periods of sitting or standing. Regular use of the following equipment: telephone, OJD‑assigned computer with multiple monitors, copy machine, fax machine, and scanner.
You will be subject to a criminal background check if you are a finalist. Adverse results are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis and may result in disqualification if the circumstances are directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the position.
