Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Trade Planning PM to define the shopping experience across Protein, Center-Store Frozen, and Emerging Brands for multi-banner events and promotions. You will align assortment, events, and customer journeys with business targets.

You will own planning programs, partner with Category, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to build scalable planning frameworks, driving data-driven decisions and measurable improvements across Worldwide Grocery Stores.

  • Serve as a key liaison between Category and partner organizations, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Develop business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic recommendations that influence planning decisions across the Protein, Center Store Frozen, and Emerging Brands organization.

The Trade Planning PM is responsible for defining the desired shopping experience across Protein, Center-Store Frozen, and Emerging Brands for our multi-banner events and promotional strategies, ensuring a cohesive customer journey. The PM establishes performance standards by defining the requirements for seasonal events, effectively balancing customer satisfaction with financial targets.

In this role, you will own planning programs and analytical mechanisms that inform seasonal event strategy, assortment decisions, and customer experience planning across Worldwide Grocery Stores. You will partner closely with Category, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to develop scalable planning frameworks that improve how we select, merchandise, and present products to customers across our grocery formats.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. You should be comfortable influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations, defining requirements for new programs and tools, and driving initiatives from concept through implementation. High judgment, analytical talent, and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.

On a Day To Day Basis, You Will
  • Own planning programs and mechanisms that support seasonal events and promotional strategies across Worldwide Grocery Stores.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
