Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an IDIQ Program Manager to oversee TSA training and related support services, ensuring efficient coordination across task orders and effective interface with government stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, PMP certification, and Secret clearance, with strong experience in Federal IDIQ contracts and TSA training initiatives. This on-site role is based in Springfield, VA.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with management of large-scale Federal IDIQ contracts, especially in training and/or security sectors.
• Minimum of five years supporting TSA training and/or security requirements.
• Master’s Degree in a related area.
• PMP Certification.

• Top Secret Clearance preferred.

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an IDIQ Program Manager to support the full array of training and training-related support services needed to support the evolving mission of the Transportation Security Administration. Security Clearance: Secret (minimum), Top Secret+ (preferred)

Location: Springfield, VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive program management support to ensure efficiencies and integration across all task orders of a TSA specific Security Training IDIQ contract.
• Serve as the primary single point of contact (POC) to interface with the Government and key program stakeholders.
• Deliver an integrated approach to effectively support nationwide program operations and logistics, including planning, scheduling, and personnel deployment.

Minimum Requirements

• 10 years of practical experience including at least 2 years of experience in managing a major program.
• Extensive Experience with management of large-scale Federal IDIQ contracts, specifically within training and/or security sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to manage nationwide distribution networks and complex logistics for training materials and aids.
• Background in managing programs involving firearms training, law enforcement training, or threat mitigation imaging.
• Familiarity and understanding of key Training concepts and models, to include the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model or Kirkpatrick Four-Level Evaluation Model for curriculum development.
• Top Secret Clearance
