Zusammenfassung

The Judge Group is seeking a Program Manager for Tool & Die/Stampings/Insert Mold in New Jersey. The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams and a strong background in customer-facing program management within medical, automotive, and aerospace sectors.

Candidates should have deep experience with design, GD&T, quality systems, and lean or Six Sigma methodologies, plus proficiency in MS Project and ERP/MRP environments. Full benefits available.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 7 years’ experience in manufacturing/design environments (medical, automotive, aerospace).
Experience with customer interfacing and management.
Strong understanding of product design, program/project management and tight-tolerance parts.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Familiar with ANSI/ISO drawing standards and GD&T.
Knowledge of GMP/ISO Quality Systems.
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or TQM.

Lead customer interfacing and manage program execution.
Oversee design, manufacturing and inspection processes in medical/automotive/aerospace contexts.
Review technical drawings and GD&T, ensure compliance and tight tolerances.
