Job summary

Larkin Street Youth Services is seeking a Program Manager for the San Mateo THP Plus Program in South San Francisco. This full-time position involves providing leadership and oversight to programs supporting young adults exiting homelessness. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring service quality, and coordinating community relationships. Candidates should have case management experience with transitional aged youth and a passion for social services. The role offers an annual salary of $80,000-$85,000 along with various perks including generous vacation, medical plans, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Passionate about ending youth homelessness.
• Experience with Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) aged 18 to 25.
• Direct-service roles in shelters or housing programs.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Willingness to serve as On-Call Supervisor for 7 days every 6-8 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of program services for youth.
• Ensure a safe, clean, supportive environment.
• Supervise residential counselors and case managers.
• Manage program budget and ensure agency procedures.
