Job summary

Mission Microwave Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a key customer program and ensure successful delivery of products and services. You will blend program, project, account management, and technical duties with an engineering focus on RF and microwave systems.

The ideal candidate has engineering experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and technical requirements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience; background as a System Engineer preferred.
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave technologies, components, and systems.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects.
• Understanding of IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, -750, -1580.
• Understanding of ISO and AS controls and regulations.
• Understanding of ESD procedures.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design and process optimization.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Working experience with MS Project and Phase gate methodology.
• Must be able to read and understand engineering, process, assembly, and traveler documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply analytical methods to resolve technical challenges.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing a key customer program at Mission Microwave Technologies, ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services. This role requires a blend of program and project management, account management, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, particularly in RF and microwave technologies, and will be adept at managing client relationships, project timelines, budgeting, and technical requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Management:

This is a salaried position based in California.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
