Job summary

Blue Yonder in the United States is seeking a Program Manager for Supply Chain Execution Solutions to lead large-scale enterprise SaaS implementations in Warehouse and Transportation Management. You will manage cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to deliver on ambitious timelines.

You thrive on building trusted relationships, applying agile practices, and identifying risks early to keep programs on track while exploring opportunities to add value through AI/ML enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale and complex, Cloud based enterprise applications.
• Experience leading enterprise-level integration projects using API management platforms, integration architecture and methodologies.
• Prior experience as a functional or technical consultant for enterprise supply chain applications.
• Ability to adapt project management methodologies, particularly Agile, in a flexible way.
• Experience identifying strengths and weaknesses of team members to drive delivery.
• Personable, with strong interpersonal relationships and trust-building across leadership, peers, customers and cross-functional teams.
• High sense of urgency and passion for delivering value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of complex projects involving partners and cross-functional internal teams for Blue Yonder SaaS customers.
• Work with PMs, Program Managers and Practice Directors servicing Industrial, 3PL and manufacturing customers in the SCE space.
• Identify challenges and risks early, coordinating with leadership to mitigate them.
• Keep teams aligned with delivery plans and apply creative solutions to recover timelines.
• Adopt an 'everyone is in sales' mentality to identify value-adding opportunities.
• Lead customers new to the SaaS journey, coordinating the right team members at the right time.

Overview

• Seeking a leader with a strong functional and technical foundation in the supply chain execution space delivering enterprise SaaS solutions in Warehouse, Transportation Management.

Scope

• Core responsibilities to include leadership and management of complex projects involving partners, and cross-functional internal teams for Blue Yonder SaaS customers.
• The role will be part of a team comprised of Project Managers, Program Managers and Practice Directors servicing Industrial, 3PL and manufacturing customers, primarily in the SCE space.

What You’ll Do

• Use your functional and technical skillset to identify potential challenges and risks to implementation projects and leverage the organization appropriately to avoid them where possible, raising them to leadership's attention early when not.
• Keep the teams on track to delivery plans and apply creative solutions to recover timelines when necessary.
• Adopt an 'everyone is in sales' mentality to identify additional opportunities which would drive value for Blue Yonder customers.
• Confidently lead Blue Yonder customers new to the SaaS journey, pulling in the right team members from across the organization at the appropriate time.

What We Are Looking For

The annual salary range for this position is $152,311.10 - $172,873.89 USD.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
