What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and manage multiple strategic projects for specific departments or practices
- Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and plans with leaders and executive sponsors
- Oversee the prioritization and execution of key projects and initiatives
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements as necessary
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships while facilitating cross‑functional collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- At least 4–6 years of experience in roles with leadership responsibilities across major projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master’s degree preferred
- PMI certification (e.g., PgMP, PMP) preferred
- Experience in the employee benefits, financial services, or insurance industries is a plus
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategy
- Proven track record of successfully managing large‑scale programs
