Job summary

Axos Bank seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead business banking and treasury initiatives across multiple programs, including treasury onboarding, ACH, Wires, and related processes. You will drive delivery from ideation to post-implementation optimization in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on treasury product knowledge, strong program discipline, and experience with core banking, payment processors, and vendor integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management, product operations, or implementation in banking/fintech.
• Experience with treasury management products and services in business banking.
• Strong knowledge of payments, cash management, entitlements, and fraud controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-workstream programs.
• Experience with banking cores, payment processors, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of business banking and treasury programs from ideation to launch.
• Build roadmaps, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Sales.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery meeting regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate vendor implementations and automate onboarding and servicing processes.
