Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Program Manager – SIOP to orchestrate lab capacity planning within the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. You will align demand, supply, and execution to optimize lab utilization, drive service levels, and enable revenue delivery across regions.

The role combines program management with SIOP integration and governance to manage bottlenecks and improve planning maturity, with cross-functional collaboration and executive-level reviews.

About This Role

The Program Manager – SIOPis responsible forleading the end-to-end orchestration of lab capacity planning within the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processand improving the overall business maturity of the SIOP process. This role ensures alignment between demand, supply, and execution, enabling revenue delivery,optimizinglabutilization, and service level performance across the business. The role combines program management, SIOP integration, and execution governance to proactively managecapacity bottlenecks, improve planning maturity, and drive cross-regional accountability.

Job Description

• Establish and govern standard planning cadence, inputs, and outputs related to lab capacity across all regions
• Enable global visibility ofsupply anddemand outlook aligned to horizons for SIOP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly)
• InvestigateCHVAC SIOP processes for improvements, develop roadmap, and lead business execution.
• Partner and cross-functionally collaborate across all businesses and regionsto ensure effective and standard process execution.
• Ensure clear decision rights and accountability across stakeholders
• Support escalation and resolution processes forrisksand opportunities.
• Track, manage, and drive through completion follow ups and actions stemming from S&OP meetings
• Develop and lead SIOP reviews for executive meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Program management skills including planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking
• Strong experience in SIOP / S&OP / S&OE / IBP within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Influencing skills without direct authority
• Highproficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g.,PowerBI)
• Experience working in or with engineering labs or capacity-constrained operations

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
