Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Program Manager for SIOP to lead end-to-end lab capacity planning within the SIOP process and drive mature planning across regions. You will align demand, supply, and execution to optimize utilization and service levels, while managing bottlenecks and governance across regions.

The role combines program management, SIOP integration, and execution governance to proactively address capacity challenges and improve overall planning maturity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or program management.
  • Strong program management, planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking.

About This Role

The Program Manager – SIOP is responsible for leading the end-to-end orchestration of lab capacity planning within the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and improving the overall business maturity of the SIOP process. This role ensures alignment between demand, supply, and execution, enabling revenue delivery, optimizing lab utilization, and service level performance across the business.

The role combines program management, SIOP integration, and execution governance to proactively manage capacity bottlenecks, improve planning maturity, and drive cross-regional accountability.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or program management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Program management skills including planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking
  • Strong experience in SIOP / S&OP / S&OE / IBP within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Influencing skills without direct authority
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
  • Experience working in or with engineering labs or capacity-constrained operations
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
