Pioneer & Manage the Clinical Simulation Program: Drive the strategic vision, operational framework, and daily execution of the clinical simulation training program to build an innovative, high-impact learning environment.
Lead Cross-Functional Clinical Outreach: Spearhead continuous engagement and training outreach across diverse medical cohorts, including Attending Physicians, Medical Residents, Advanced Practice Nurses (NPs), and clinical support teams.
Command Advanced Simulation Technology: Serve as the technical authority operating, programming, and troubleshooting complex, high-fidelity medical mannikins, simulation software, and audio-visual capture equipment.
Execute Mobile Simulation Logistics & Field Deployments: Prepare, package, and transport specialized simulation gear to conduct immersive, on-site clinical simulations across regional clinic sites throughout Central Texas.
Direct End-to-End Simulation Preparation: Manage comprehensive pre-simulation prep protocols—including scenario staging, supply readiness, and team debrief materials to ensure seamless execution on training days.
Maintain High-Agility Operational Availability: Demonstrate operational flexibility by managing urgent, pop-up simulation requests and supporting off-hours or non-traditional training events as needed.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Regional Travel & Schedule Flexibility: Must possess a valid driver's license, willingness to travel throughout Central Texas for clinic simulations, and adaptability to support occasional non-traditional hours.
Clinical Simulation Technology: Deep technical command of high-fidelity simulators/mannikins, task trainers, simulation software platforms, and medical hardware maintenance.
Proven Program Leadership & Vision: Demonstrated success managing, scaling, and evaluating clinical education or simulation programs, with a pioneering mindset eager to build and lead new initiatives.
Exceptional Organizational & Field Logistics Command: Superior organization and time-management skills to orchestrate complex equipment packing, multi-site travel logistics, and scenario scheduling.
Advanced Technical Agility: Quick-learning, tech-savvy professional comfortable managing demanding hardware, wireless networks, software updates, and diagnostic technology.
Elite Interpersonal & Presentation Skills: Dynamic communication skills to engage, instruct, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical staff and health system leadership.
