POSITION SUMMARY
  • The Program Manager will play a key role in driving the success and expansion of growth initiatives within the Americas Service organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating growth programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple teams. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to meet strategic goals and promote the growth of key programs in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead growth programs within the North America service organization, ensuring the successful delivery of programs on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and service, to align program activities with organizational goals. Develop a RACI Matrix to ensure functional groups understand roles, responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Monitor and track program progress, addressing any challenges or obstacles to ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes. Establish and implement processes with a focus on hand-offs between functional areas. Monitor team schedules and ensure coordination of activities on the critical path.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Utilize standard Project Management tools to conduct the project effectively, achieving quality, financial and schedule targets.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and any potential risks.
  • Escalate and create urgency around any issues that would impede the success of the project. Ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and communicated to the stakeholders. Coordinate the team to implement short-term and long-term resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that the growth programs align with broader business strategies and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
  • Work with the Growth Program Office to help define and develop methods and procedures and institute best practices. Ensure the procedures are enforced on your projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations throughout all program activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering large, complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and across cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Required to conduct effective meetings and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills – required to navigate across organizations, departments, and regions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate challenges and drive program success.
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred/Helpful but not Required:
  • Knowledge of the power system, energy, industrial, thermal, HVAC, data center, or related industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure and commissioning processes is helpful.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in program or project management
