Job Description: Program Manager - ServiceNow SPM Module Enhancement

Location: Manhattan, NYC, NY (2 days WFO Onsite)

Company: Large Japanese Bank

Candidate should have 10+ Years experience. Must have strong SPM and PMO Standups experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive ServiceNow SPM Module Enhancement project across multiple business and technology teams in a hybrid execution environment.
• Stand up project for realistic execution: project planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
• Work across multiple functions to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy.
• Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting.
• Understand and maintain program's RAID log.
• Run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery.
• Provide appropriate information sharing and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Indirect oversight of program and project level resources, including those provided by 3rd party providers.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing ServiceNow SPM and PMO standup and programs strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in project management methodologies & reporting.
• Strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to lead meetings, summarize, and articulate key points to provide clear direction and support to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and motivate to handle different leadership styles.
