Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Master's degree or 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing federal contracts with disbursed staff across 20+ locations and 75+ employees.
• Experience developing customer relationships in a federal contracting environment.
• Experience building a positive, highly motivated workforce.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and managing a large, disbursed staff.
• DoD experience preferred; strong candidate for VEVRAA Federal Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess business practices and effectiveness; identify shortfalls and improvements.
• Coordinate with geographically disbursed support leads.
