Base pay range: $121,793.08/yr - $150,765.00/yr
Salary Range: Range 130
Positions available: 2 FTE positions
Medical Benefits: Additional $1000/month towards Medical, Dental, or Vision, or a $500/month cash-in-lieu option.

The Program Manager, School Counselor Support, supports Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and school-based Pupil Personnel Service Providers to build capacity in school counseling. Responsibilities include providing culturally relevant professional development, training, and consultation focused on equity and removing barriers for vulnerable students. The role also involves developing systems to help LEAs support Pupil Personnel Service personnel in drawing down medical billing revenues through new state initiatives. This position reports to the assigned administrator.
