Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is seeking a Behavioral Program Manager to lead ABA programs and supervise field sessions. You will manage daily case operations, coordinate interventions, and ensure program fidelity while working in a dynamic clinical services team.

The role requires a BA with ABA coursework or equivalent experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel 30–60 miles daily. Typical hours are 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend coverage; we offer growth

• Completed Bachelor’s degree with ABA coursework or equivalent ABA experience.
• 12 ABA course units with 1 year experience in ABA design/implementation or
• Two years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite case supervisor and leader for ABA programs.
• Develop and oversee clinical ABA programs and supervise BIs.
• Provide education and training for client caregivers and families.
• Willing to drive 30–60 miles daily and supervise sessions 8 AM–6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend coverage.

Job Description

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. A Behavioral Health or (ABA) Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day, and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.

Required Credentials/Experience:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree and either of the following:
• 12 semester units of ABA course work with one (1) year experience implementing and/or designing ABA programming
• Two (2) years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs
• Strong ABA, Program Management,and clinical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
• Bilingual skills valued
