Meta seeks an experienced Program Manager to manage complex global initiatives within the Scaled Ops Excellence team. The role involves delivering projects on time and budget, enhancing resource efficiency, and supporting strategic planning. Candidates should possess strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, with a preferred background in finance or business administration.
Scaled Operations is the organization responsible for managing all outsourced vendor operations that support Meta’s Global Operations division. The Scaled Ops Excellence team within Scaled Operations is responsible for managing internal critical business functions, establishing and maintaining effective governance structures and providing comprehensive program management support.The Scaled Ops team is seeking an experienced program manager to handle complex, global initiatives aligned with and driven out of the Scaled Ops organization and to evolve existing resource and financial planning for the internal Scaled Ops organization. The successful candidate will enjoy and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and effectively build structure and inculcate the same within their team of experienced program managers.
Program Manager, Scaled Ops Excellence Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective solutions to deliver projects within budget, on time, and at agreed quality levels, ensuring smooth outcomes through communication plans, scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and develop consensus on program/project needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Optimise internal resource allocation and process efficiency by refining strategies, building and managing new processes, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Drive strategic planning and execution of internal budget initiatives, including budget planning, financial template inputs, and narrative alignment with stakeholders while maintaining transparency and accountability in efficiency status and position management.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support internal business planning and decision-making, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of risk processes, methodologies, and tools, while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Abiity to travel up to 20% internationally, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of experience in program management and financial / resource planning
Experience in developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, collaborating effectively with varied stakeholders at all levels, and driving successful outcomes through cross-functional teamwork
Significant experience in operations
Experience shifting priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
Effective analytical skills and data orientation with experience in solving ambiguous problems using data and providing actionable business insights
Clear and concise communication skills with executive stakeholders
Experience managing multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, operations management, project management or related field
Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
Proficiency in applying various process improvement methodologies or/ frameworks to identify and resolve process issues, with proven outcomes
Practical experience with Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation, or other relevant technologies
Familiarity with the technology industry including content moderation, Trust and Safety operations

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
