Job Summary:

As the Program Manager, you will assist residents with daily living in supported apartment or community environments. You will develop and help residents achieve personal life goals. You will train and direct staff on developing social and personal skills to support independent living in the community.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Wage: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

How will you make a difference?

• Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff at two residential homes (Coon Rapids and Golden Valley)
• Oversee program plans for individuals served
• Manage finances and budgets for the homes and individuals
• Train staff to support individuals served
• Complete documentation such as meal plans and medication administration in our systems
• Hire and train new Direct Support Professionals
• Create and manage support schedules

What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?

• Driver’s license and proof of insurance
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Designated Coordinator Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate degree in human services, education, health, or related field plus one year of full-time experience providing direct care to persons with disabilities or older adults, or equivalent experience
• Associate degree in a related field plus two years of full-time experience
• Diploma in a related field plus three years of full-time experience
• Or a minimum of 50 hours of relevant education and training plus four years of full-time experience, supervised by a qualified staff person
