We are seeking a Program (Enterprise) Manager with experience in program ownership and account management. You will be involved in collaboration, performance monitoring, and process adherence for our largest dealerships and dealer groups in the country. In this role, you will have the opportunity to listen & understand our partners’ business goals, translate data into compelling and actionable insights, and focus on executing on the plan to fulfill our partners’ needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or account management, with a proven track record in achieving successful outcomes for larger clients.

You Are:

Strategic: You take ownership of your responsibilities to effectively evaluate issues, formulate & execute a data-driven strategy that looks beyond only short-term issues or needs and can provide longer-term effects for those involved.

Collaborative: You are a central point of contact who can foster collaboration and shared understanding among varying levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Results-driven: You are driven to reach new goals and can make decisions to maintain momentum toward your goals.

Customer Obsessed: You are a patient listener who respects and empathizes with your partners to clearly communicate simple solutions to improve efficiency.

You Will:

Learn our full suite of solutions to more easily identify areas of growth and service to your partners.

Take ownership to align internal and external stakeholders, ensuring commitment to objectives and successful outcomes.

Monitor and measure performance, and sales for assigned market–intervening and resolving issues that impact performance and customer satisfaction.

Empathize and understand your partners’ objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics to align processes or technological solutions that will help you exceed those expectations.

Work closely with operational resources to ensure timely resolution of issues, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Manage time effectively as you will have many clients, with different needs and timelines that may conflict.

Present to internal and external stakeholders of varying levels in the organization and must be prepared, confident and knowledgeable in doing so.

Must Have’s:

3-5 years of related experience, managing larger partners or groups.

Strong understanding of online technologies and proficiency in Google Suite offerings.

Proven track record as a proactive problem-solver, taking ownership of issues from beginning to end.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills–Capable of handling multiple demands at any given time.

Nice to Have’s:

Experience with Salesforce.

Experience with DOMO.

Bachelor's Degree.

Salary range of $60-70k, plus monthly bonus plan, depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
