Job Description:

Pay Range: $64/hr - $69/hr

Essential Functions:

1. 30% Manages complex program(s) or strategic initiatives that span organizational boundaries, with significant legal and/or financial impact to Client Business. Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements enhancements to maximize outcomes and growth.
2. 25% Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to launch, maintain, and enhance complex program(s). Provides direction and motivation to project teams in a matrixed environment. Fosters a collaborative culture and manages relationships with key stakeholders, including management and vendors.
3. 25% Measures, evaluates, and reports on program(s) performance related to ROI, customer satisfaction, and other metrics. Forecasts and manages resources related to people, processes, and technology to ensure successful achievement of corporate goals.
4. 20% Guides stakeholders and leadership through key decisions, communicating and coordinating activities internally and across a network of partners.

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Alternatively, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

Licenses/Certifications:

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
