Job Description:
Pay Range: $64/hr - $69/hr
Essential Functions:
- 30% Manages complex program(s) or strategic initiatives that span organizational boundaries, with significant legal and/or financial impact to Client Business. Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements enhancements to maximize outcomes and growth.
- 25% Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to launch, maintain, and enhance complex program(s). Provides direction and motivation to project teams in a matrixed environment. Fosters a collaborative culture and manages relationships with key stakeholders, including management and vendors.
- 25% Measures, evaluates, and reports on program(s) performance related to ROI, customer satisfaction, and other metrics. Forecasts and manages resources related to people, processes, and technology to ensure successful achievement of corporate goals.
- 20% Guides stakeholders and leadership through key decisions, communicating and coordinating activities internally and across a network of partners.
Qualifications:

- Experience: 8 years in project or program management.
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Alternatively, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

- Ability to synthesize large, complex data into clear, concise executive presentations. Expert level.
- Understanding of how functions integrate within the division and alignment with corporate goals. Expert level.
- Ability to translate business needs related to technology, systems, and vendors. Expert level.
- Ability to identify and lead strategic opportunities with significant organizational impact. Advanced level.
- Ability to establish relationships and influence across all leadership levels, including C-Suite. Advanced level.
- Knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies. Advanced level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications. Advanced level.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
