Job Responsibility:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Program Manager to join the Global PMO team. The role involves working closely with Senior Leadership, project owners, and sponsors to deliver systems, process, and application solutions to meet business needs.
As a Program Manager, responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing a portfolio of application and process initiatives
- Managing all aspects of related projects to ensure coordination and delivery according to plan and scope
- Partnering with key business units and operation team stakeholders to prioritize and execute system and process improvement projects
- Developing project plans and tracking progress
- Leading and managing project teams
- Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in managing medium to large projects
- Experience in delivering medium to large-sized Go-To-Market project initiatives
- Excellent understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Previous experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Billing Process (NetSuite)
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills
