OVERVIEW
The Program Manager of the Refugee Youth Resource Center is responsible for day-to-day operations of the project, which includes the development and delivery of high-quality training and technical assistance, partnership development, outreach, crisis intervention services and case consultations with refugee serving agencies. The position is responsible for the direct supervision of program staff and coordinates regularly with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The Program Manager will coordinate data collection, evaluation, and develop reports demonstrating progress in meeting deliverables and overall effectiveness of program activities.
