About the role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Program Manager to lead and scale the operational foundation of our recruiting team. You’ll run core initiatives like a technical program manager—scoping projects, documenting systems in Confluence, managing timelines in JIRA, and aligning stakeholders across the company.

This role is focused on designing the workflows, documentation, and execution frameworks that power fast, consistent hiring at scale. You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive clarity at every step of the process—from intake to offer. If you’re energized by creating structure, driving accountability, and enabling teams to operate at their best—we’d love to work with you.

At Applied Intuition, you will:
  • Build and evolve core recruiting workflows including:
    • Intake process
    • Interview rubrics & question libraries
    • Interview logistics & candidate prep
    • Offer process design & delivery
    • Feedback SLAs & hiring team SOPs
  • Own program execution end to end using Confluence (documentation) and JIRA (project tracking)
  • Translate ambiguous problems into structured, documented workflows that scale with the company
  • Partner with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to roll out new systems with clarity and consistency
  • Define ownership models and training plans that ensure long-term adoption and self-sufficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruiting Technology & Automation lead to ensure process design is supported by tooling and infrastructure
  • Continuously assess gaps and improve the system based on metrics, user feedback, and evolving hiring needs
We're looking for someone who has:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, technical program management, or process design
  • Experience running projects using Confluence, JIRA, and other structured tracking tools
  • Strong project management instincts—you can own the scoping, delivery, communication, and iteration cycle
  • A systems mindset—you think in terms of workflows, ownership models, and repeatable execution
  • High attention to detail, a builder’s mindset, and comfort working across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication skills—you make complexity simple and drive clarity at every stage
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with structured hiring frameworks or recruiting analytics
  • Exposure to high-growth environments or scaling recruiting from early to mature stages
  • Experience partnering with or working alongside engineering, HR systems, or recruiting tool teams
  • Understanding of ATS platforms (Greenhouse), scheduling tools (ModernLoop), and knowledge bases

The salary range for this position is $100,510 - $141,010 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.

Don’t meet every single requirement? If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
