• Provides supervision or direction to staff on program implementation.
• Advises on future resource requirements and timelines.
• Plans, conducts training, seminars or clinics as required.
• Drafts policies and develops contract or grant proposals.
• Reviews proposed legislation and may act as legislative liaison.
