Corner Alliance is a dynamic consulting firm seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a national public safety communications program for a Federal client. You will serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, managing plans, schedules, and status while coordinating across mission units, SMEs, and public safety partners to keep the program on track and audit-ready.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with US citizenship or permanent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of professional experience including analytics, reporting, or data-driven programs.
• Experience as Program Manager or senior lead for strategy, investment, or decision-support.
• Experience overseeing large-scale program support contracts.
• Experience with multi-state or national public safety programs.
• Direct engagement with public safety at the local, state, tribal, territorial, and federal levels.
• Experience coordinating user research methods and product innovation updates.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and delivery of complex work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, briefing senior leadership.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident with ability to pass public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination for Federal client program activities.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, resources, and status reports.
• Coordinate engagement with public safety partners to gather requirements and document outcomes.
• Lead workshops, synthesize field input, and integrate needs into decision making.
• Deliver high-quality program documentation including briefings and executive summaries.
• Maintain cross-team alignment and resolve issues for integrated execution.
• Support governance with artifacts, action tracking, and rationale documentation.
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and suggest mitigations.
