HealthPro Heritage seeks a Program Manager (PT or PTA) for a senior living community in Nashville. You will lead therapy staff, maintain high-quality services, and grow the therapy program while working in Belmont Village of Green Hills.

Setting:Senior Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: Belmont Village of Green Hills, Nashville, TN
Rate Range for PT:$45-$50/hr (based on years of experience) Potential quarterly bonus
Rate Range for PTA: $31-$34/hr (based on years of experience) Potential quarterly bonus
