Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Program Manager for Project Delivery OE (US-O) to guide large, complex startups and their delivery. You will de-risk opportunities, manage a portfolio of programs, and ensure alignment with Ops Excellence goals across North America.

Role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with DePICT® methodologies, SAR reviews, and sales-to-delivery processes. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 7-10 years of related field experience is required.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred.
• 3-5 years’ project management experience required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in people management preferred.
• 3-5 years in supply chain or operations management experience required.
• 2+ years in WMS or TMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project/program delivers required scope, on time and within cost.
• Manage planning, control, status reporting, and delivery of large, high risk projects.
• Drive risk, issues, and change management; resolve conflicts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and align with business needs.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers; share DePICT® tools and processes.
• Coordinate Cutover planning and handover to Operations post go-live.
