• Driving the development of program goals, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholder and delivery teams.
• Identifying and analyzing program risks with senior staff, tracking program schedule and managing task details.
• Documenting major plan changes, ensuring milestones are met, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
