Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Program Manager in the United States (Philadelphia area) to drive cross-functional programs from planning to delivery. You will align with product and business milestones, coordinate with senior staff, and maintain comprehensive program plans and stakeholder communications.

The role requires managing schedules, risks, and changes, while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. You will often engage with diverse teams and may work nights or weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Understand program scope as defined by product and business needs, participating in planning and aligning with milestones
• Collaborate with senior staff to secure cross-functional team participation for program execution
• Maintain program plans and records, ensuring alignment with program strategy and objectives
• Assisting in scheduling work required for program scope, including managing critical path tasks with guidance from senior staff
• Reviewing program plans for strategic alignment, communicating status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively
• Driving the development of program goals, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholder and delivery teams
• Identifying and analyzing program risks with senior staff, tracking program schedule and managing task details
• Documenting major plan changes, ensuring milestones are met, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
