Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead the REFLEX Precision Oncology Initiative, coordinating clinical operations, pathology, informatics, data science, and administration to expand timely biomarker testing and access to precision oncology care.

You will develop project plans, track milestones, prepare performance metrics, and manage grant deliverables while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare program management experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multi-site initiatives.
• Experience supporting regulatory or grant-funded research requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day program management for the REFLEX initiative, ensuring successful execution of objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinates activities across clinical operations, pathology, research, informatics, analytics, and leadership.
• Develops and maintains project plans, implementation activities, performance metrics, and progress reports.
• Facilitates meetings, workgroups, and governance activities to support execution and engagement.
• Oversees progress toward grant-funded objectives and alignment with study aims and plans.
• Supports standardized biomarker testing workflows to improve quality, timeliness, and access to precision oncology care.
• Coordinates data collection and collaborates with data science and analytics teams for accurate reporting.
