Overview

BrightStar Care of Columbus is looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee our Ohio Medicaid, OhioRise, and DODD home care programs. This full-time in-office position offers the opportunity to lead critical healthcare initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: In office

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of Ohio Medicaid, OhioRise, and DODD programs
• Ensure compliance with all program guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and develop staff members across assigned programs
• Coordinate and manage program-related surveys and assessments
• Establish performance goals and monitor achievement metrics
• Oversee field staff operations, including caregivers and nursing personnel
• Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Operations
• Maintain effective working relationships with office staff and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in home care program management or related field
• Program Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Ohio Medicaid, OhioRise, and DODD programs
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams
• Personal Attributes: High emotional intelligence and self-motivation
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
