Position: Program Manager (PM)/ Analyst (Alternate)

Clearance Level: Tier 1 Security clearance

Location: Shoemaker Lane, BLDG 36000, Fort Cavazos, TX 76544

Overview:

North South Consulting Group (NSCG) is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) who will serve as the lead point of contact responsible for managing the execution and overall performance of the Army Community Service (ACS) Support Contract. The PM will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure contract compliance, lead quality assurance efforts, and serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders. This senior-level position requires strategic leadership, personnel management, and experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs at the headquarters level.

Special Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience working in a Military Family Support Center (FSC) or Civilian social service agency serving Military Families
  • Knowledge of Family violence dynamics, safety planning, risk assessments, local community resources, and relevant federal and state laws
  • Understanding of Military protocol when addressing Officers, NCOs, and Government personnel
  • Effective communication skills with Civilian and Military personnel at all levels
  • Sensitivity, empathy, and ability to develop trusting relationships with victims
  • Ability to work with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Crisis intervention skills, sound judgment, ethical practice, and risk assessment abilities
  • Experience operating within established guidelines of ACS Programs (FAP, RELO/I&R, ERP, MOB/DEP, FRP/AER, AFTB)
  • Ability to conduct briefings for small and large groups
  • Collaboration with medical, social service, law enforcement, and legal personnel
  • Valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license
  • Physical ability to transport, lift, set up displays, and stand/walk during activities
  • Computer literacy for preparing documentation, reports, and data entry

Position Specific Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, time management, and independent thinking skills
  • Prior Military experience or experience with Military Family programs and non-clinical case management (preferred)
  • At least five years of skills management and personnel supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology, education, community health, public health, business management, human resources, or criminal justice
