HealthPro Heritage in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Program Manager who is a licensed Physical Therapist to lead a therapy team in an assisted living setting. The role focuses on program development, clinical oversight, and operational management of therapy services.

Location: St. Joseph Center in Cleveland, OH, primary building (Arden Courts of Westlake coverage as manager, additional hours available at Woodside SL)
Setting: Assisted Living
Rate Range: $45-50/hr (based on years of experience) Bonus potential
