The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (DHW), Division of Public Health is recruiting for a Program Manager (Section Manager) to oversee multiple programs and staff in the Community Clinical Partnerships Section, Bureau of Healthcare Access. This position will be responsible for program administration and direction of statewide programs, including overall management, planning, evaluation, communication, coordination, grant/budgets, and personnel supervision.
This position requires some in-state and out of state travel to attend meetings, training events, and/or to provide support to local public health districts, clinics, contractors, subrecipients, and community partners.
This announcement will be used to fill the current vacancy in Boise only. If you have previously applied for Program Manager and wish to be considered for the current vacancy, you must reapply under this announcement. Previous scores will not be used.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training.
