Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or product management experience; electronics or PCBA manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to manage customer programs with hyperscale or enterprise exposure.
• Strong communication skills for technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own customer communication across syncs and reviews.
• Drive build readiness by coordinating teams.
• Prepare program status including yield data and lead corrective discussions.
• Manage work orders and BOMs through Agile and JIRA.
• Monitor production floor WIP and resolve blockers.
